We're back! But before we share about the past days spent regaining strength, we want to share instead a few favorites from the gift we just received. While us girls were out of town our incredible doula and now family friend, Nicole, brought by pictures of our labor and Joe waited so we could see them together as a family (HIGHLY recommend Nicole, by the way, to any of you in this area who might be interested!) We are SO GRATEFUL for the unforgettable help during this season of recovery; yet, in time, we want all the challenges to be even more of an afterthought in comparison to Maddie's sweet arrival.
