A Little Faith for Friday

With no real time to spare this week, for some reason, I'm a blogging machine huh? Maybe it was all that time I had to reflect last week. Anyway :), from our home to yours here's a little faith for your Friday. When our friends, the Gilmers, sent me these powerful verses the other day I knew they could help kick off my desire to memorize scripture. I printed them out and put them on the bed. Later I also put Maddie there for a moment. When I came back she had fallen asleep and rolled over against the backdrop of those verses. Now this picture to me is also a powerful symbol of what we have been through and her precious, little life. I see so much of it in her gentle peacefulness.

Then that Hopester... now when we pray she folds her hands together to join in. We've begun pausing after praying "thank-You" and you wouldn't believe all she fills in the blank! Many of you she's come to know are mentioned along with a whole host of other important things she sees or remembers from her little world. Just this past morning... "babies, ducky book, home, hummus, birdfeeder, swing, potty, lotion..." Truly, a reminder of the beauty in childlike faith! Happy Friday everyone!

OMG friend! That picture of Maddie is priceless. You take some of the most amazing pictures of the girls. And that picture of Hope, my goodness it looks like she is soooooo much older than only a week ago when I saw you girls. I just can't believe how much they are growing. It was wonderful to see you last week and I miss you all more than you could know. It sounds like things are going much better this week and I am so thankful for that. Please give both the girls big hugs and kisses from me and know that I can't wait to see you again. Have a wonderful weekend. I love you!
